OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Fox Point Subdivision was formed as a private club in 1964 on Lake Tawakoni, Texas. Today, we have 64 lots with 36 homes in a beautiful wooded lakeside setting
with asphalt paved roads and street lights.
NO SHORT TERM RENTALS ALLOWED
Garage apartments, tiny homes, and shed quarters are forbidden.
